What's up weirdos? Today I have 3 different things to talk about so let's just get on into it, folks!
Number one is about John's new book. I don't think he has the title or anything but last I checked he was working on chapter 3. To quote him this book is about "A tyrannical empire rules the land and a glorious general is leading the wars the empire had waged against both the lands they have yet to conquer as well as the rebellions in their own land, however, the general begins to see the evil he serves and it's then his story of leading the resistance against the empire... From the inside, a tale of war, betrayal, espionage, and love" Once I get more information on that book I'll let you know because my future author-hockey star-firefighter-actor friend needs all the support he can get!!
The next thing I want to talk about is me falling at my sister's house today. So Kaisyn and I were out on the concrete and she was jumping around and asked me if I could jump from one spot on the concrete to another. Like how many steps would it take me sort of deal. She said it only took her one so of course I took this as a challenge and thought I could do it one too. So I get a big running headstart and jump. Turns out shoes don't slide on concrete like I thought they would because my shoe got caught and I fell forward. Thankfully, I caught myself before a full-on faceplant but I scraped both of my knees and hurt my hands. I was still confused on how my little sister made this jump though so I asked her how she did it and turns out she did it in two steps! That little cheater. How she got confused with the steps is hard to explain so I made this diagram to help. The red lines are the two points we needed to jump between, the light blue circle-ish shapes are where Kaisyn stepped and the black dots are where I jumped/fell.
The last story happened about 20 minutes ago. As most of you know, my sister (and main man) Kyndall has a pet pig named Dunkin. Today, Kyndall asked me to feed Dunkin so as I went to go get a scoop a dog food I see a tiny mouse in the container! I thought (keyword, "thought") it was dead so I went to go get my mom to help me remove the body. When she went to scoop it out though, it starts hopping like a madman all over the dog food container. Now I hate things that hop (crickets especially) so as this thing starts hopping more than my bunny does I was about to take off but I was on a mission and as God as my witness, I was going to feed that pig. Mom gave me a pitcher and a paper plate and soon enough we got it out so I took it to the woods, took some pictures, and let the little guy (I named him Larry) into the woods where he could hop to his heart's content.
